We do hope that you love your new piece of furniture as much we loved refinishing it.
If there are any issues with the item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
If your item arrives damaged upon delivery please contact us. We strongly advise customers to unwrap and check items upon delivery.
If you have had a change of mind about your item then you have 7 days from the day of delivery to return the item, postage is non- refundable.
Custom/Commission and Sale pieces cannot be returned unless they have been received damaged.
You will be responsible for the return delivery cost. Item must be returned in Original Packaging and condition.
Refunds
Once the item is back with us, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the return and issue refund. This may take a few days to receive depending on your card issuer.
Cancellations
Orders that are cancelled prior to delivery will incur a 5% transaction fee.
